The 38th edition of the Oporto International Film Festival will take place between the 20th February and 4th March 2018. This year’s edition is expected to be one of the biggest so far and should include productions from all continents. The festival will happen in Rivoli theatre, in downtown Oporto, and has been considered sometime ago, as one of the 10 film festivals you must attend during your life.

The 2018 edition adopted the theme “Ethics- The boundaries of Science, Arts and the Cinema” with films, debates and presentations focussing on this particular issue, which is considered very relevant nowadays.

Bea World Festival 2017 – Oporto

More than 500 people representing the event industry will gather in Oporto between the 15th and 18th of November to celebrate another edition of the Bea World Festival. After 11 editions focused in Europe, the 2017 event will have a global reach with projects from various continents competing for the BEA!!

This is a huge opportunity for Portuguese companies in the event industry and it is also a way to promote Oporto abroad. There will be several initiatives taking place during the BEA event to make sure that participants get to know what Oporto has to offer!!
