The 2019 edition of Fantasporto is on from the 22nd February until the 2nd March. As it is usual, this year’s edition will take place in Rivoli movie theater in Oporto. There will be plenty of fantastic movies for all types of fans. There will also be a special edition of “Easy Rider” from Dennis Hopper to celebrate 50 years since its release.

The 38th edition of the Oporto International Film Festival will take place between the 20th February and 4th March 2018. This year’s edition is expected to be one of the biggest so far and should include productions from all continents. The festival will happen in Rivoli theatre, in downtown Oporto, and has been considered sometime ago, as one of the 10 film festivals you must attend during your life.

The 2018 edition adopted the theme “Ethics- The boundaries of Science, Arts and the Cinema” with films, debates and presentations focussing on this particular issue, which is considered very relevant nowadays.
