6 new destinations from Oporto – Ryanair 2019

The Irish low-cost airline company, Ryanair, has announced 6 new destinations from Oporto airport in summer 2019. The new airports that will have a direct connection from Oporto are: Seville, Alicante, Brive, Cagliari, Marrakech and Venice (Treviso). According to the CEO of Ryanair, Michael O´Leary, this expansion is part of the 100 million euros investment that Ryanair intends to do in Portugal during 2019 and that involves also, 3 new destinations for Lisbon and 3 for Faro.

In total, there are now 57 routes being operated by Ryanair from Oporto airport and some of those have been reinforced quite recently.

Overall, these are goods news for Oporto, as the city becomes closer to other important tourist destinations, increasing its attractiveness!!!

Oporto airport reaches 10 million mark!
